The season of Bûche de Noël

This year in addition to our chocolate yule log cake, we’re introducing a mini version. This Petite Bûche de Noël is swirled with mango and passion. It’s perfect to share or you can pick up a few to add to your dessert table.

The oldest of traditional recipes, classic techniques and pure flavors are the base of all we do. Our intent is to bring the tastes of France to Seattle for all to share.

It all began in 1983...

Kristi Drake and Thierry Mougin, co-owners of Le Panier, were on hand on opening day.

Kristi and her staff in front create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, greeting regular customers with their favorites, and inviting them to try something new that the bakers have dreamed up.

Thierry is a French-trained baker and pastry chef from Normandie. He and his team of bakers have developed a selection of products that bring together French baking techniques and local, seasonal ingredients.
